Yep I am totally hooked on this series.  As soon as this book hit my kindle I was salivating wanting to get stuck in and tear up the pages, and I did.  Had this book finished in a matter of hours, that is just how engrossed I was with this story.  This series is highly addictive and should come with a warning that once you pick them up you will not be able to stop, it is just not possible.

But really, I was engrossed by Tate Casey.  Phew! That man was one fine piece of man meat!  He really is every women’s idea of the epitome of bad boy.  Tall, broad, muscles, tattoos and fiercely protective.  I was surprised by how much I like the character of Tate, at first, he seems standoffish, but the more you get to know about him you realise that his personality malfunctions are in reaction to the treatment he has received from the town of Hostel, Texas from he was a young child.

Hennessy, she was such a doll.  The preacher’s daughter, squeaky clean and the all-round good girl, has had the hots for Tate Casey from she was fifteen.  After escaping the town of Hostel to go to college she now returns as a psychologist and finds herself with Tate Casey on her couch for anger management.  All those repressed feelings bubble to the surface and leave Hennessy with quite the predicament as all she wants to do is climb that man like a tree, and let’s face it who wouldn’t.

Tata and Hennessy were the perfect match.  His hard and rough to her soft and smooth.  What they have to deal with to try and be together comes as no surprise to them is such a small community, but you better believe that once Tate Casey has laid claim, you should stay away from what is his as he will protect what he loves with his last breath.  Stunning, gets all my stars.
