book 5 in the Southside Skulls MC series, and I have to say out of all
the series I have read this was the most poignant tale of love and loss.
When I read the blurb I thought it was going to be an emotional ride,
but I had no idea how spiritual and life affirming the story was going
to be.
Levi rides with the Defenders and if you have read Zack then you will be with me in that you do not like this club, but Levi is just so different from the rest of the club that you feel he just doesn't fit in to their world. Not that he cannot hold his own or defend others around him, again we see this in Zack's book. But Levi's life is irreparably altered by what happens to Krissy his soulmate. He is such a sweetheart and it shines through in this book.
This story is beautiful and heartfelt, you will definitely need the tissues to make your way through. It was so different to the other books in the series and was extremely surprising. I would go as far as to say that Levi is my favourite of the the series hands down. My heart strings where plucked from the first page to the last and the story is captivating that I just couldn't put it down. I hope you all feel the same once you get your hands on this book.
