Holy Crap that was one crazy ride! To say I am totally disturbed by this story is an understatement. The fact that I completely and utterly loved it, does that make me weird? God I hope so because this book is part one in a duet by Natalie Bennett and I was completely caught by this story. I mean hook, line and sinker. I devoured it in a matter of hours, once I had started I could not top, the story is just that gripping.
We follow Katie, tormented by her mother, never left her small town, home schooled, sheltered, working at the local diner. 3 years ago she did the unthinkable, to escape her life, she now contemplates that decision again. Little does Katie know her life is about to get way more interesting than she could have possibly imagined.
Love Obscene is a dark, tormented, twisted read that will have your heart palpitating, palms sweating and of course hormones in overdrive, because what you cannot have dark and twisted without a bit of the kink and sexy.
